Marksman Grade 1 is awarded to those who have proven they are capable of using a LRR or Sniper rifle against hostile forces.

A Marksman Grade 2 must be able to adjust their rifle for range and windage using appropriate measuring equipment.

To be awarded with Marksman Grade 3 you must be able to adjust for wind and range without using equipment, using the correct formula to determine distance and manually adjust depending on how strong the wind feels.

Marksman Grade 4 is for our most elite snipers. You must be capable of hitting a shot, and successful kill at over 1500m first time.

Awarded for passing basic aircraft training and being capable of landing basic aircraft on land.

Pilot Grade 2 is awarded to those who are capable of landing swiftly, typically in a hostile zone.

Pilot Grade 3 is Awarded for being able to land more difficult aircraft without fail, and be able to make landings in harder to land places.

Pilot Grade 4 is given to the best of our pilots. You must be able to land on shorter runways, including aircraft carriers, without fail.

Arma 3 AFM

To gain Aerial Gunner Grade 1 you must have full understanding on the use of side, or door mountain weaponry (M134 Minigun, Mk40 Launcher and M240 machine guns.)

You must be able to give basic map references, including grid co ordinates, and plan basic routes.

Grade 2 Co-Pilots must be able to give warning to both crew, pilot and ground troops on possible threats. Using landmarks, clock bearings, or grid co ordinates.

Co-Pilots Grade 3 are expected to have a full understanding of possible hostile threats, action to take in the event of hostile fire, and assist the pilot in plotting an alternate safe route while in the air.

Grade 4 Co-Pilots are expected to be able to maintain full, clear communications with all crew members, squad members and team members. They will be responsible for informing ground crews on action needed upon extract.
